Born and Bred Young Rider Support Scheme (YRSS)

2012 was the first year of a new initiative launched by Charles James Fox and Born and Bred clothing. It aims to support young riders with ambition of reaching the top of their equestrian discipline with the help of a Mentor and supported in part by Born and Bred Equestrian Clothing. We are fortunate to have had good coverage of the scheme in the national, local and international press and have plans to extend the scheme in 2013 and beyond.

We were fortunate to have Stacey Nichols (Showjumping) and Laura Keeley (Eventing) as mentors to four young riders in our first year and we hope to increase the number of mentors around the country and therefore offer more support to a larger number of young riders in 2013 and beyond.

Please read more about the YRSS here

We are very proud to be supplying two fantastically talented young riders with Born & Bred items this summer. We are delighted to announce our connection with both Stacey Nichols (Showjumping) and Laura Keeley (Eventing) and look forward to folowing their progress throughout the summer. Both girls have twitter accounts so you can keep up to date with all of their successes through the social media.
